KSRA is committed to empowering local communities in Jharkhand through skill development training and market linkage initiatives. Our programs focus on enhancing the livelihoods of indigenous populations by providing training in local crafts such as bamboo craft, leaf plate making, lac cultivation, jute bag making, mobile repairing, and solar electrification. With the support of our development partners, we have reached over 1,000 families, equipping them with valuable skills that not only preserve cultural heritage but also promote sustainability and economic growth. Our goal is to foster self-reliance, preserve traditions, and create market opportunities that improve the overall well-being of rural communities.
