WHAT WE DO
Farm, forest, poultry, solar and public-scheme work — layered together so a household is never dependent on one crop or one season.
Sustainable agriculture
We train farmers in climate-resilient, low-input techniques — restoring soil, saving water and moving families away from chemical dependency toward farming that lasts.
Horticulture & mango orchards
Farmers are supported to plant and manage mango orchards and mixed horticulture — long-term assets that turn barren patches into income for the next generation.
Market linkages for women
Eliminating middlemen by connecting women's collectives and SHGs directly to retail hubs, ensuring fair pricing and fair trade for all.
Millet mission
As part of India's National Millet Mission, we've helped revive traditional millets across 1,200 acres — nutritious, drought-hardy and rooted in Jharkhand's food culture.
Bamboo mission
Under the National Bamboo Mission, we help households plant, tend and market bamboo — a fast-growing crop that protects the soil and pays back for decades.
MGNREGA & Aam Baagwani Yojana
Facilitating access to government employment and plantation schemes to transform fallow land into productive, permanent community assets.
Poultry & lac farming
Backyard poultry and forest-based lac cultivation give tribal families a steady second income without leaving the village or their land.
Solar Sakhi programme
Rural women are trained as certified solar technicians — Solar Sakhis — installing, servicing and running solar solutions for their own villages.

We supply seeds, saplings, chicks and solar kits, and support families through the first fragile seasons of a new enterprise.
